If you're the bright brain we're looking for, you will join us on a graduate training program, and then move into a placement with one of our companies, and have the scope to move to other companies within the group over time to find you own individual niche.
As well as our engineering companies, one of our businesses, Waterlinks Investments, owns Lyle & Scott, Tulchan Textiles and Hawick Knitwear, and services their systems and IT needs through a fourth company – Q2Q. All of these businesses are small enough for your contribution to really from the start. What's more none of them are perfect so there are plenty of problems to get stuck into. So we're now on the hunt for highly motivated, bright and intelligent graduates from engineering (electrical or software) to join our team.
