A 2nd Line Support Analyst is required for a contract role based in London for a 6 month.
The Support Analyst will be required to provide 1st and 2nd Line technical support to users; configure and maintain systems, services and data; provide technical support for the IM&T network and systems.
The ideal candidate will have:
Substantial experience providing technical support in a Windows environment
Understanding of ITIL
Working knowledge of: Windows NT/W2K/W2K3/ XP and 7, MS Office 2010, TCP/IP, PC Hardware, WAN/LAN, MS Exchange Server, SPSS
Ability to explain complex scenarios and IT Systems in User-friendly terms
