Adobe Flex Developers & Lead

We are currently recruiting for 3x Adobe Flex Developers and an Adobe Flex Developer Lead in Devon for 7 months, starting ASAP.
Rate is negotiable.

Responsibilities:
Plan and estimate software tasks to meet stated requirements.
Develop and test software modules to ensure they meet stated requirements and are fit for introduction into operational use as part of a properly engineered information system.
Document changes to software to facilitate support and maintenance throughout its operational lifetime.
Support operational software and applications by investigating and resolving reported problems so that customer requirements continue to be met throughout the operational lifetime.
Plan and estimate software tasks to meet stated requirements.

Developer Lead only (as above) plus:
Day to day management of the small team of 4 using a recognised ticket system to effectively progress tasks to achieve project deployment plan timescales.
Identify issues and manage efficiently on a daily basis, using the appropriate escalation processes if and when required.
Work with the Project Manager and technical governance to ensure that all technical aspects of the transition are managed to the expected quality and allow for no reduction in customer satisfaction.

Essential Skills:
Adobe Flex
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to effectively manage: number of simultaneous demands; achievement of deadlines and changing priorities through the use of proven organisation skills.
Work as part of a wider team, focused on the achievement of common, measurable objectives.
