We are currently seeking a Business Analyst Team Leader to work at an exciting and successful software house within the insurance broking market.
Our client has over 30 years' expertise in integrating Front and Back-Office broker solutions and software; specifically for commercial, personal, niche and composite lines and they are keen to appoint a Business Analyst Team Leader who has proven experience within Business Analysis to join their team.

Salary: £38,000
As the Business Analyst Team Leader you will be involved in but not limited to the following;
* Line Management of the Business Analyst team including (but not restricted to) training, personal development, monthly meetings, appraisals, recruitment, holiday/sickness.
* Work closely with the Trader Programme Manager to co-ordinate delivery of off a multi million pound contract and address escalation issues for the BA team.
* Analysis of insurer/customer requirements by holding project meetings both on and off site, resulting in production of Business Specifications for formal sign-off by the insurer/customer.
* Recommendation and implementation of internal projects and processes to improve quality or efficiency
* Responsibility for quality and effectiveness of the specifications produced by the BA team.
The successful candidate will be educated to degree level or will hold an equivalent level qualification and will have previous experience within a Business Analysis role gained from an insurer/broker/software house environment. It is essential that you have experience in a Team Leader role and you have the ability to set goals/objectives and motivate/train and influence others.
The Business Analyst Team Leader will have excellent analysis, time management and project management skills.
It is highly advantageous that you knowledge of commercial lines insurance and/or software house's products.
