An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven and motivated Copywriter to join a leading Marketing Agency based in the Solihull area. Location: Solihull
Salary: £25,000

As a Copywriter, you will provide a comprehensive copywriting and proofreading facility which will cover all items produced by the business. This will include material such as: press releases, online content, campaign copy and pitch documents. Furthermore, your role will also involve:

*Construct campaign concepts and associated messaging, including headlines, straplines and body copy
*Create the copy for pitch documents.
*Creation of press releases and both long and short copy for other materials
*Effectively and efficiently proofread all types of documents and collateral text.
*Representing the company by all means of contact
*Placement of copy into relevant documents and formatted.

The successful candidate will ideally be educated to degree level in a relevant discipline and be able to demonstrate experience within a similar role. You will have a robust command of English and the natural ability to rewrite technical text which is relevant for any given target audience. In addition to this, candidates must be able to provide copy which is easy to navigate and produce headings which are compelling and attention-grabbing. Candidates will significantly benefit from a strong knowledge of social marketing as well as software packages such as Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, InDesign and Mac OS X. Furthermore, candidates will be confident in writing copy that is tailored for search engine optimisation.
