We have an excellent opportunity for a Developer to join a leading Software house for the Insurance Broker industry based in Worcestershire.

Working as the Developer you will report to the Quality Assurance & Support Managerand you will be responsible for developing .Net applications.
Other duties include;
*Write efficient, manageable C#, ASP.NET and TSQL code to agreed deadlines.
*Unit test and document the resulting insurance applications
*Provide technical input to clients and Project Managers as required, and to aid the analysis process. *Liaise with Project Managers, Lead Developers and other members of development team regarding implementation of specifications and requirements
*Other tasks as directed by the Development Manager or Project Manager


The successful candidate will have previous experience of developing Windows or Web based application and developing in C# using SQL (preferably MS SQL Server TSQL). You will have experience of developing within the Microsoft stack along with the ability to communicate technical issues effectively to clients and Business Analysts. Candidates will have good problem skills and the ability to plan tasks to achieve deadlines and to turn a specification into a suitable solution. It is highly desirable that you have experience of web based development in ASP.Net 2.0 and experience of developing applications for financial services industry, in particular in the area of insurance.
