Graduate Campaign Manager

We have a great opportunity for a Graduate Campaign Manager to join our client based in Birmingham, our client provides high quality client services and care within a specialist industry and they are keen to appoint a Graduate Campaign Manager to proactively implement and manage marketing campaigns. This role will therefore suit a Marketing graduate who can demonstrate practical marketing experience either from a placement year or post graduation experience, that is seeking progression within their career.

Salary: £18-22k

As a Graduate Campaign Manager, you will work with the campaign manager and senior campaign manager to increase the number of enquiries who purchase a funeral plan and help to ensure that members use a our client's funeral director. As a result your role will involve:

*Planning campaigns, which will include devising direct response mail and advertising.
*Accounting for your marketing actions and calculating your return on investment.
*Management of Campaigns.
*Reporting on Campaigns and their effectiveness in relation to budget.
*The management and nurturing of business relationships with internal stakeholders, external stakeholders and colleagues.
*The forecasting and ordering of stock which will include forecasting future requirements for marketing literature
*Budget conscious purchasing of print alongside cost negotiation which includes delivering clear and consistent briefs to external agencies and in-house account teams.
*Effectively control marketing costs at each turn.

The successful candidate will be educated to degree level in a relevant degree discipline (Marketing or similar) and will be able to demonstrate previous Marketing experience, ideally within a campaign management based environment. This experience can be from either a placement year or post graduate experience. In addition to this, the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of print and production processes, with the ability to spec and place print. In addition, you will be a naturally professional individual who is able to work effectively within a team alongside a strong problem solving ability. You will be a commercially aware individual who is also able to work to budgets and deadlines.
