Graduate Management Trainee (Leaders in Development Programme)

We have an exciting opportunity for three graduate management trainees to join our client on their prestigious Leaders in Development Programme. Our client is a world renowned building solutions company, and a leading supplier of cement, concrete, and aggregates worldwide.

Job Title: Graduate Management Trainee (Leaders in Development Programme)

Your role on this year long scheme will involve rotation throughout various areas of the business to experience an array of hands on and targeted commercial projects, with a view to developing into general management and leadership within the company long term. Some core duties of the role will include, but by no means be limited to:

*Experiencing of all areas of production processes from the ground upwards
*Attending client meeting and events
*Strategic planning and business performance analysis
*Understanding key performance measures for the delivery of business results


The successful candidate(s) will hold a 2:1 degree or higher within a business relevant subject, as well as at least 1 years commercial experience, either from an undergraduate placement or since graduation. You will be a highly ambitious, self motivated and enthusiastic team player, eager to learn all aspects of the business in order to demonstrate the potential to develop within the organisation into a leadership role. Candidates will be expected to travel throughout the UK for the majority of the programme, and must therefore hold a full valid UK driving Licence, and be willing to commit to extensive travel. The closing date for applications is 4/11/14, and candidates must be available for Assessment Centre on 18/11/14.
