Graduate Programme Advisor

We are looking for recruit a Graduate Programme Advisor to assist the European Graduate Programme Manager ideally based in Southhampton.

Salary - £22,500k

We are looking for a strong Business Management/ HR graduate to support our growth and develop as a future leader within the organization. You must be a motivated, career-oriented individuals who wishes to become an integral part of our organization and help shape our future.

You will be required to travel to various sites across the UK to support their Graduate Development Programme, this may involve staying away from home so flexibility is of the upmost importance.

As a company we manufacture products for demanding applications in a variety of markets using a comprehensive range of advanced ceramic, glass, precious metal, piezoelectric and dielectric materials. We utilise core competences of applications engineering and superior materials technology, together with state of the art fully integrated manufacturing processes to offer precision ceramic components, ceramic to metal assemblies and special coatings for use in a variety of industry applications.

The ideal candidates will have a minimum 2:1 degree in a Business/HR related degree, and will ideally have placement or commercial experience in a similar field.

Technical skills and Qualifications:

* Strong analytical and problem solving skills
* Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English are required, French or German skills would be an advantage
* Proficient in all office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
* Proficient at managing multiple projects and their interdependencies to deliver results on time
* Ideally experienced in a manufacturing environment

Experience & Background (desired):
* Experience in supporting a Graduate program on a National/European scale as well as the associated activities to generate a strong pipeline of Graduate Talent for a multi-national, multi-divisional company
* Graduate degree in business administration/HR or other related subject
* Knowledge and experience in best practice staffing and handling international employee transfers would be desirable
* Financial understanding would be a plus


If you are selected you would be required to attend an Assessment day on Tuesday 1st April. The application process will include SHL testing online, a competency based interview followed by selection for the Assessment day.
