Graduate Project Assistant

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a motivated and focused Graduate Project Assistant to join our client based in Nuneaton, Warwickshire. Our client are a worldwide leader in the development, production and distribution of state-of-the-art systems for surveying, mapping and positioning purposes. This role will suit Graduates with a Business or Project Management degree who have ambitions of working as a Project Manager and the desire to work within a rapidly expanding global organisation.

Role: Graduate Project Assistant
Location: Nuneaton, Warwickshire (Company are relocating to Milton Keynes during 2013)
Salary: £20,000 - £25,000
Contract: 12 month contract, possibility for extension

The role of Graduate Project Assistant will entail the following:

-Collecting and critically evaluating information from a variety of sources
-Generation of high-level reports and presentations of sales efficiency and productivity
-Supporting the Project Programme Manager
-Managing elements of various projects independently
-Develop project plans that meet the scope and requirements of the business plan
-Communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyse information

The successful candidate will be educated to degree level in a Business, Project Management or similar discipline and benefit from previous experience within a similar role. You will be a naturally confident communicator, with a natural 'sales' flair and team player abilities. You will have the ability to form strong relationships with people of all levels within the business and the ability to present findings and solutions to senior level. You will be a computer literate individual with strong Microsoft Office skills and benefit from exposure to Salesforce or SAP software.
