The Company is looking to further expand and requires Graduate sales people to undertake our recruitment consultant roles to play a significant role in the development of the business.

Specialising in IT contract and permanent appointments we provide an extensive training programme, this will be an initial 3 months leading to further training in line with your career progression. You will have an excellent opportunity to progress and build upon your skills through a mixture of in-house and external professional training. The position offers the chance to work alongside an experienced team, in a fast moving, competitive industry. We have a history and culture of developing graduates into senior roles within the business.
Currently we require Graduate Trainees to join our IT Permanent recruitment team. Ideally you will be a graduate with the desire and determination to kick start your career in Recruitment.

As a commercially minded Graduate Recruitment Consultant in an environment where no two days are the same, this role covers (but is not limited to) a wide range of proactive and reactive responsibilities:

* Sales and business development activities to source, communicate, network and build relationships with a range of clients and candidates
* Lead generation and business development activity over the telephone and visiting potential and newly won clients.
* Interviewing (over the telephone and face-to-face) and matching candidates to live job opportunities.
* Arranging interviews and obtaining feedback.
* Managing job advertising across a wide range of mediums.
* Utilising and updating social media networks.
* Dealing with telephone and email enquiries.
* General administration duties.

To be considered for this position, applicants should be degree-educated and ideally have some sales or office based administration experience, be highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and not be afraid to ask questions, whilst offering the following attributes:

* Confident interpersonal, communication and relationship building skills over the phone and face-to-face and a strong sales focused mentality and approach.
* Enthusiasm and the ability to learn and pick things up quickly.
* Resilient and enjoys a challenge in a competitive industry and environment, with earnings to suit.
* Exceptional customer service and research skills.
* Excellent English language skills, written and verbal.
* Ability to work individually and with other team members, and show initiative whenever possible.
* Solid IT skills in Microsoft Office and databases.
* Ability to cope within a fast-paced proactive environment.
