Sales of the Surestop product range have grown considerably in recent years and we are now looking to add to our internal sales team to help drive further sales growth.
This exciting opportunity reports directly to the Sales Director and will involve calling potential customers within the public and private sectors, explaining the benefits of the product and attempting to set up appointments for our external sales team.
We are looking for applications from
• Candidates with telesales experience who would now like to further and develop their career in a rapidly growing local business
• Graduate calibre candidates who may not have relevant experience but would like to develop a career in an exciting sales environment
The role will consist of:
• Making a high volume of daily phone calls to potential customers.
• Explaining the benefits of the Surestop product range to potential customers.
• Mailing or e-mailing relevant product information to potential customers
• Updating records on the company’s CRM database.
• Setting up qualified appointments for the Sales Director and Regional Sales Managers
• Handling in-coming sales enquiries.
• Attending events as and when required as a member of the Surestop team.
• Researching and identifying new business opportunities
We are looking for self-motivated and enthusiastic individuals, who can learn quickly and have the ability to work on their own initiative when required. Relevant experience is useful but more important is the desire to build a long-term career in a fast growing dynamic local business.
1st Interviews will take place early in January 2015 with a view to the successful candidates starting before the end of January
Package
• Attractive salary + bonus scheme, dependent on age and experience
• Holidays - 25 days annual and 8 days statutory.
• 38 hour standard working week but will consider flexible hours for the right candidate
• Full product training and induction will be provided.
