Internal Account Manager

Grad Central are currently recruiting for an Internal Account Manager to join Europe's largest privately owned IT services provider. Our client is experiencing an increase in business levels across a number of areas across the business and they are now looking for an Internal Account Manager to join their team in Birmingham.

Role: Internal Account Manager
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 + benefits
Location: Birmingham

As an Internal Account Manager, your role will include;
*Working as an integral part of the public sector sales team.
* To understand the sector and customer base and to be aware of all planned projects within the customer base and any specific customer requirements or contracted service levels.
*Foster strong working relationships with customers through proactive contact both via the telephone
* Work with customers and technical resource to prepare accurate technical quotations and track progress.
* To ensure all orders, tasks, quotes and other requests are responded to within a timely manner.
* Follow best practice to ensure the highest level of service is provided to our customers - both internal and external.
* Ownership and resolution of customer challenges and concerns.
*To build relationships with vendor partners.

The successful will hold a degree with a minimum of a 2:1 classification. Candidates must be able to evidence previous experience of writing adverts, resourcing candidates and influencing both internal and external parties. It is essential that candidates possess excellent communication and interpretation skills.
This role would be ideal for a candidate looking to aspire to an external sales or account management role.
