This company provide accommodation to the Birmingham student market providing a wide range of options and amenities for their clients. As part of their ongoing growth they are looking for an enthusuiastic and confident individual to join their team as a letting Negotiator and Marketing Assistant.

Role: Lettings Negotiator and Marketing Assistant
Salary: £18k-£20k
Location: Birmingham

As a lettings negotiator you will meet and greet prospective students looking for accommodation, show them round and discuss their needs and the available letting options. This is a busy role that will require a friendly and professional outlook while keeping an eye on the commercial needs of the business. This role will also have responsibility for supporting the General Manager in the delivery of the companies marketing plan. Working to develop marketing collateral, market research, social media marketing and managing suppliers the Lettings Negotiator and Marketing Assistant will also bring their creative ideas and strategic marketing solutions to help to develop the marketing plan further.

The ideal candidate will have a degree level of education in a marketing discipline and will be comfortable working as part of a team, but also using their own initiative to drive the marketing department forward. Candidates should be excellent communicators with the ability to converse across all levels of the business and have excellent customer facing skills to deal with the lettings side of the role. So if you are a confident graduate looking for an opportunity to utilise your marketing knowledge this could be the role for you. Any previous experience in a lettings environment or in a marketing role would be a distinct advantage.
