Marketing Co-ordinator

We are looking to recruit a Marketing Co-ordinator to join our client based in Newark, Nottinghamshire.

Job Title - Marketing Co-ordinator
Location - Newark, East Midlands (Nottingham, Grantham, Lincoln, Mansfield)
Salary - up to £27,000pa (DOE)

As the Marketing Co-ordinator you will be working as a part of a small and friendly marketing team, you will play a pro active role and will co-ordinate with the rest of the department for the completion of key marketing projects.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Production of mail order catalogues
* Developing and implementing advertising and membership recruitment/retention campaigns
* Production of brochures, leaflets and other promotional literature
* Mail shots and focused mailings and the measurement and interpretation of results.
* Trade publications to promote wholesale products to retailers
* Researching, developing and marketing own branded products
* Composing content for the web site and e-newsletters
* Creating advertisements for television

Candidates must hold a degree or equivalent level qualification. You will ideally have had some experience of creative copy writing, mail order sales and membership recruitment literature and catalogues, with a keen understanding of design and direct marketing; and be a good communicator who is a focused and a methodical team player.

Skills and attributes:
The ability to write creative copy for mail order catalogues and direct mail campaigns is essential, along with a good eye for detail and an understanding of design. You will be proactive, able to generate ideas for membership recruitment/retention campaigns, and capable of multi tasking. You will be expected to contribute effectively to the Marketing Department and assist the Marketing Manager with key projects. A working knowledge of Microsoft Office will also be required.
