This unique opportunity is for a vivacious and confident Retail Operations Co-Ordinator to join our client based in Wolverhampton. This is a fantastic chance for a graduate with experience in the hospitality industry to join a company that will provide real prospects for progression! This position will allow the successful candidate to gain an invaluable insight to the Operational side of our client's business and the opportunity to fulfil your career aspirations.

Position: Retail Operations Coordinator
Salary: £17-20k
Location: Wolverhampton

This role will test the successful candidate on a number of levels from relationship building, administration and independent thinking! You will be given the opportunity to work closely with Area and Regional Managers and use your very best organisational skills to ensure that scheduling across a number of sites is performed with minimal disruption. You will be thoroughly tested on your ability to use your own initiative and work independently. Furthermore your role will consist of:

*Liaising with internal suppliers to ensure schedule of work is completed within the allotted timescales.
*Liaising with external suppliers to ensure the tasks are completed within the allotted timescales.
*Arranging new accounts with internal and external suppliers for Retail Agreement houses as they open.
*Communicating amendments/updates to external suppliers.
*Placement, process and tracking orders and payments with suppliers on SAP system.
*To administrate and monitor operations team task management.

The candidate we are seeking will be educated to degree level, ideally in a Business related subject, with an interest in Operations. You will be a natural organiser and negotiator, with the ability to communicate with all levels of management. You will be a lateral thinker with a methodical approach to your administrative skills. You will be proficient in using Microsoft Word and Excel and knowledge of the SAP system would be advantageous.
