We currently have a vacancy for a Senior Manager to join our client in their rapidly expanding Worcester office.

Job Title - Senior Manager
Location: Worcester
Salary: £40,000-80,000

The successful candidate will be involved in making real business decisions and have high level involvement in the practice moving forwards. Day to day you would be required to manage the work of your own portfolio as well as play a significant role in continuing to grow the business.

This excellent opportunity is available due to the expansion of this firm, they are seeking an ambitious manager/senior manager with a wealth of experience working with agricultural clients.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Managing and developing a portfolio predominantly consisting of agricultural clients
Visiting clients on site to maintain and develop relationships
Reviewing accounts and taxation work
Managing a team of junior staff
Delegating work to and developing junior staff

Skills:

ACA/ACCA qualification essential
Degree in agriculture or extensive knowledge of agricultural clients gained in practice essential
