We have a great opportunity for talented Software Engineers to join our client based in Cambridge. Our client is a specialist within the manufacturing industry and they are keen to appoint an entry level and experienced Software Engineer to join their team and help extend and enhance their range of software applications to compliment their unique products.

Job Title: Software Engineer
Location: Cambridge
Salary: Junior Software Engineer - £22,000 - £30,000
Senior Software Engineer - £40,000 - £45,000 (up to 2 years experience)

Working as the Software Engineer you will be joining a small dedicated team of software and hardware engineers, you will be responsible for the entire software lifecycle, from discussing requirements with customers all the way through implementation and testing to deployment. The job will cover many aspects of software development.

The successful candidate will meet the following requirements;

*Educated to degree level in a Computing, Mathematics or similar discipline
*Software development experience
*Skills with real-time, C, GUI design, and scripting languages
*Familiarity with Linux/UNIX and Windows programming environments will also be an advantage.
*Ability to manage projects, communicate with team members, and stay on top of deadlines.
*You will be independently motivated and productive, and will have full control over your work

The successful candidate will need to be adaptable, enthusiastic, and willing to learn. You will be supplied with all the tools you require to complete your tasks successfully.
