We have a great opportunity for a Support Advisor to join our client based in Worcestershire. Our client is looking for a dedicated customer service professional with experience working within the insurance industry.
Job Title: Support Advisor
Location: Worcester, Worcestershire
Salary: up to £15,000
Job Type: 12 month FTC
Working as the Support Adviser you will be involved in the provision of support to internal and external customers, key responsibilities include;
*Provide quality support to internal & external customers
*Offer assistance on both usage and troubleshooting of product range and services
*Accurate administration of internal computer system
*Understand and follow the standards and procedures used within the team
*Communicate effectively at all levels internally and externally
*Maintain the level of calls defined by team objectives
*Escalate calls according to procedures
*Investigate and resolve issues in a controlled and timely manner using remote diagnostic tools when necessary
*Support internal teams / departments with similar requirements to customers
*Provide cover for other teams within the Support Centre where necessary
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar position and will be able to demonstrate strong Customer service skills gained from telephone work. You will ideally have experience of the insurance industry as well as an IT technical background with the ability to use Microsoft products, including office and Windows 2000/XP. The successful candidates will be enthusiastic with a team player attitude.
