An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our West Midlands based client who are seeking a Second Line IT Support Assistant.
In the 2nd Line Support team you will be responsible for the 2nd line support issues and problems for a broad client base.
You will have the ability to:
* Log onto a systems remotely
* Solve daily user issues
* Deleting Temporary files
* Log onto External servers
* Work on Active Directory's
* Create Group Policy's
You MUST have knowledge of Firewalls such as CISCO, SonicWALL, WatchGuard. This exciting role will be varied and challenging with the opportunity to learn new technologies as well as enhancing existing skills.
