This is a fantastic opportunity for an Account Manager to join our team in Coleshill, Warwickshire. This will allow you to join a continually growing and ambitious recruitment agency targeted with successfully placing graduates in work throughout the West Midlands.

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and retaining existing customer account. Key to your success will be maximising the business potential within these customer accounts within budget and company parameters. You will work with companies from the initial contact point through to the successful placement of a graduate in a role, liaising closely with a team of candidate Resourcers. Furthermore, your role will include both Business Development and Account Management duties, including:
*Act as a main contact for companies looking to recruit graduates, working with them from initial requirement through to placement of a suitable candidate.
*Gain feedback from clients on CVs & interviews and ensure any additional information is passed on to Resourcers and Candidates.
*Develop a good understanding of buying client companies, their industry, what they do and their work culture and work environment.
*Arranging interviews with both the candidate and customer as required
*Negotiate with candidates and clients at all stages of the sourcing process.
*Conduct interviews and manage client assessment centres to determine candidates suitability for role.
*Identify and track a talent pool of suitable hot candidates.
*Plan and action prospecting calls to target companies within assigned target area, in order to gain information, secure and qualify opportunities or arrange meetings to visit target companies.
*Carry out and be fully effective in building strong relationships with existing clients in order to maximise on opportunities and be pro-active in understanding their potential needs.
*Network potential or buying customers in order to establish new relationships with relevant contacts.
Candidates are required to have a successful background within Recruitment and possess experience of networking accounts, developing further business and maintaining effective relationships. You will possess exceptional organisational skills with ability to prioritise, alongside natural abilities to sell, negotiate and persuade. Candidates would benefit from previous experience in graduate recruitment.
