Are you a successful Telesales professional with a proven track record of success? If yes, then this is the opportunity for you! We are currently seeking a tenacious and articulate Account Manager to join our client based in Walsall. You will join a result-motivated and ambitious team that consistently hits targets through customer relationship development. The role will need the successful candidate to use their commercial acumen, time management and business understanding to be able to overcome objections and successfully close lucrative sales opportunities.
Role: Account Manager (Telesales) - Warm desk, so no cold calling!
Salary: £19k - OTE of £25 - 30k + an outstanding package of employee benefits
Location: Walsall
As an Account Manager, you will successfully employ your determined, analytical and competitive nature on the following tasks:
*Generate sales and increase customer loyalty
*Evaluate upsell opportunities within assigned accounts
*Achieve customer sales targets through proactive negotiation and deal making.
*Engage with Strategic Suppliers
*Quarterly presentation to Senior Management team
*Identify opportunities to sell added services.
*Participate in benchmarking & best practice of competitors
The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level with previous experience and success within a targeted Telesales environment. You will have a natural ability to sell, identify customer needs and be able to demonstrate good commercial awareness. You will need to be highly organised, self motivated, analytical salesperson with a real enthusiasm for Sales and Account management.
