An Application Support Assistant is required for a contract role based in Northampton for an initial 3 months duration.

The Support Assistant will be required to provide 2nd Line Support, advice and guidance, and upgrade business systems.

The ideal candidate will have:
Experience within a support environment using 3rd Party Service Desk tools
Experience supporting business Applications
The ability to perform upgrades to business systems
Experience working with 3rd Party contracts
The ability to perform administration tasks on systems such as SQL and Oracle
