Our client based in the centre of Telford is looking to recruit 2 x Customer Service Advisors to start on the 19th December until the end of March 2012.
              
              You will be working for the Environmental Maintenance team of which you must have experience of working within revenues and benefits as well as being able to use the Northgate System.
              
              - You will be call handling, taking and logging calls for the team which include anti social behaviour calls
              - Attending to customers face to face as and when required, taking details and offering advise
              - Accurately recoding information
              
              You must be able to communicate effectively, be computer literate and the ability to provide a professional service.
              
              You will have a minimum of 4 GCSE's at grade C and above (including English) or a relevant NVQ Level 2
