E-Learning Developer

I have a client in the Education/Public sector seeking an E-Learning Developer for an initial 3 month contract.

Qualifications and Experience

-.Experience of training and supporting staff to use Learning technologies and ICT, at a range of levels
-.Very good ICT skills - word processing, Excel, databases, e-mail, creating e-guides (camtasia/captivate), the internet and web-browsers
-.Experience of designing open-learning training resources
-.Experience of working with Moodle, back end configuration/set up and front end course design
-.Experience of working on projects using mobile learning technologies
-.Experience of encouraging teachers and students to utilise technology

Knowledge and Understanding

-.Knowledge of introducing and/or supporting blended learning, distance learning, with pod casting, web 2.0 technologies, RLOs etc
-.Awareness of current accessibility and DDA requirements and how to address these
-.Understanding of e-learning developments, including VLEs and embedding blended learning
