We are specifically looking to recruit a strong Graduate looking to progress their career in project/change analysis or management. As a Business Analyst joining the IT department, you will be responsible for reviewing and analysing key business procedures in order to produce functional solutions to fit the needs of the business. With a minimum 2.1 degree and a minimum of 300 UCAS points, you will be tasked with co-ordinating new system processes and ensuring documentation is in place and understood.

Reporting to the Senior Business Analyst duties of the role include:
*To participate and under supervision run requirement workshops, mapping end to end processes and produce functional requirements to fit business needs/ requirements.
*To explore and propose system solutions to the client's requirements, taking into account the technologies available in the marketplace and the need for innovation.
*To recommend the best fit approach for HomeServe, taking into account budgets, timescales and the client cost benefit analysis.
*Ensure we implement high quality solutions.
*Support all stages of the project lifecycle.
*Manage scope and change control and escalate issues where necessary.
*Resolve cross functional issues.
*To prepare the requirements, systems design and other documentation in accordance with the defined standards and in partnership with the client.
*Through consultation ensure documentation is fully understood by all parties.
*Manage stakeholder interests.

The successful Graduate Business Analyst will be highly motivated, an excellent team worker, and will thrive under pressure. You will demonstrate exceptional problem solving abilities and will communicate openly and constructively to share ideas and initiatives.
