Position: Graduate Business Development Executive
Salary: £20-22K with an attractive OTE of up to £40k
Location: Solihull

As a Graduate Business Development Executive, you will join the business development team and focus your attentions on a number of different areas such as: Identification of prospects; Cold-Calling; Client Meetings; Product Demonstrations; and Account Management. This will draw upon all of your natural sales techniques and exploit them in this highly rewarding sales environment. Furthermore, you will benefit from an invaluable 16 week induction course which will provide you with all the tools and skills you will need to create a hugely successful career.

The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level with a real drive to deliver results. No Technical knowledge is required, however, a familiarity with IT and a genuine interest in this sector would be of advantage. You will have a natural passion and hunger to succeed with sales. Some of your qualities will include being: target-driven, determined and self-motivated.
