We welcome all Engineering candidates to join our client on a 2 year rotational programme. Past intakes now hold many of the most senior posts in the company. This could be you! Trainee Managers are also supported to gain relevant professional qualifications.
To start with you will receive excellent training to equip you with the business and management skills required for the role. Our clients training programme will expose Management trainees to many aspects of their business.
Job Title: Graduate Engineer
Location: Liverpool
Salary: £20k + relocation allowance
As part of the hands on training, you will be exposed to all elements of the business, this may be project based or working in a team with real responsibility.
* You will have a hands on approach for varied duties including installation and maintenance of automated and semi-automated food processing equipment and planned maintenance within a food manufacturing environment
* You will be able to take ownership of tasks and take accountability
* Carry out day-to-day repair and maintenance of all equipment on site
* Liaise with production to provide pro-active support to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
* Pro-active in finding permanent solutions to engineering problems
* Comply with and strongly advocate relevant H&S, Food Hygiene and Environmental legislation
The successful candidate will hold one of the following qualifications; Engineering degree Mechanical/ Production/Manufacturing/Electrical Engineering or equivalent. All applicants must hold a full UK driving license & be able to relocate anywhere throughout The UK.
