IT Support Technician/ Helpdesk Analyst - Windows 03/XP, Exchange 03, Microsoft Office - Berkshire - £22k
A new position has arisen with my client (professional services industry) for an accomplished Support Technician with experience using Windows 03/XP, Exchange, MS Office, VPN's etc. to work out of their busy offices based in Wokingham.
This is a very hands on role doing day to day helpdesk & desktop support, supporting over 300 users across a multisite environment. Your duties will include, software and hardware support, general helpdesk duties (call logging and escalation to ITIL standards). One of your main responsibilities will be to assist in the management, co-ordination & resolution of IT issues as quickly as possible & to ensure all internal user expectations are met. Skills will include Windows XP/2003, Exchange 03, VPN's, Active Directory, well as the full Microsoft Office package.

Any previous experience working within a service desk environment or a small technical team will be looked upon very favourably. This is a very forward-thinking company who has a lot to offer anyone who joins. The salary is negotiable depending on your level of technical skill, but can be anything from £18,000 to £22,000, making this an opportunity not to be missed.
