Fashion Retail Manager Required For Ladies Fashion Brand
Location : Ludlow, Shropshire
Salary : £18,000 - £20,000 plus monthly bonus and benefits

We are looking for Store Managers for a ladies fashion brand. Due to our clients growing success they are in a period of expansion. We are therefore delighted to be recruiting for one of their new stores. The brand have small boutique style shops with an emphasis on personal customer service.
The brand focus on high quality and exciting ladies fashion, covering a range of clothing and accessories. Service is of the utmost importance: attentive, personal and friendly without being overbearing. The brand has an outstanding reputation for its unique and vibrant styles.
The Role
* Ensure all company KPI's are met
* Managing and motivating a small team of staff including rostering, time recording, scheduling of annual leave , dealing with staff problems and grievances
* Staff training: identifying any requirement for specialist training
* Managing the receipt of new stock, the related paperwork and stock control
* Managing general daily shop duties, banking, paperwork and returns
* Liaising with Head Office and Area Manager on a regular basis across all shop related topics
* Implementing new company procedures as and when required
The Successful Candidate
* Must have clothing retail management experience and successful track record
* The highest levels of customer service
* Be tactful/sensitive in dealing with clients, staff and suppliers
* Have the ability to make clear sensible and balanced judgements
* Be able to drive sales and motivate staff
