Marketing Intern

Workmates & Daniel Owen is a fast expanding and progressive recruitment business. We have an exciting opportunity for a graduate intern within our business. For the right person the role has the potential to progress to a permanent position within the team.

The placement would be ideal for recent graduates of Marketing, Communications and related Business Management degrees, or for individuals from other degree disciplines looking to progress in any of these areas.

The company is evolving quickly and we see some real opportunities in the market - you will be joining a team that has an exciting role to play in the future success of the company

You will be involved in growing and managing the rapidly expanding database of clients and candidates. You will have the opportunity to further develop the existing digital media campaign and understand the importance of different marketing tactics used to promote the company. There will be the chance to sit in on project meetings & meet clients as well as an opportunity to experience every aspect of working in a high-growth company.

We are looking for an individual who has:
* excellent written and verbal communication skills
* a good grasp of MS Office
* a creative talent
* a thirst for knowledge and an open mind
* the ability to think on their feet and take initiative
* great research skills
* drive and ambition

There will also be the opportunity to communicate with other members of the team based throughout the country. You have the potential to gain a lot from this placement, learning about the different methods of winning business opportunities but also getting an all-round education and understanding of the key elements of running a successful business and specifically the marketing activities involved.
