We have a 6 month opportunity for a Helpdesk / PC Support candidate based in Surrey
              
              Candidates must have experience of :-
              MS Office
              Windows XP
              Lotus Notes
              Standard Intel-based PC hardware
              Remote support tools and techniques
              Networking concepts and networking cabling systems
              HP Printers
              Dell/Lenovo, Hp PCs and laptops
              
              Essential
              Customer focused and service driven
              Excellent personal organisation including time management
              Ability to multi-task and stay calm under pressure
              Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
              Flexible and conscientious
              Enthusiastic team member
              Excellent telephone techniques and speaking voice
              Problem fixer, with analytical abilities
              Self starter, able to work on their own within the defined accountability framework
              Able to work within defined processes and procedures
              The ability to think globally and be part of the global IS team.
              
              Candidates must be prepared to undergo a Credit and Criminal Record check prior to commencing in the role.
