The Planning and Campaign Management is required for a contract role based in Reading or Newcastle for an initial 3 months duration.

The Planning and Campaign Management will be required to assist in a project moving from paper-based customer systems to online online information and services. To design and deliver all communications plans and campaigns, and assist in the redesign of online services.

The ideal candidate will have:
Communications and campaign management qualifications or experience
Experience developing campaigns and supporting appropriate services
Experience developing co-ordinated products and campaigns
Experience developing communications plans
Experience with online Customer systems/services
