Service Controller

We are looking to recruit a Service Controller to join our team based in Coleshill, Warwickshire. We are a Facilities Management business that offer a wide range of support services to a diverse range of clients throughout the UK.

Job Title - Service Controller
Location - Coleshill, Warwickshire, West Midlands
Salary - £15 - 18k dependent upon experience

As the Service Controller you will be responsible for :

* Taking calls from clients, logging faults/repairs on to the portal
* Booking engineers to carry out the work required
* Ensuring that all work is carried out within agreed SLA's, and that all Sub-Contractors adhere to our standards, policies and procedures.
* Effectively manage the sub-contractors, and develop effective people management skills

Your performance will be measured against KPI's and survey results, so you must be happy to work under pressure.

Candidates must hold a degree or equivalent level qualification. You must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal. You must have experience of dealing with difficult customers in an effective manner. Develop excellent relationships with client representatives and clients.
