Application Services Analyst

Currently recruiting for an Application Services Analyst to be based in London for an initial 3 month contract.
Candidates are required to hold current SC clearance for this post.
The candidate will provide applications assurance and subject matter experts (SME) services for Business applications. This role requires a person with a strong service management lifecycle experience and ability and willingness to engage with the customers.
Candidates are required to have an ITIL v3 Service Management qualification.
Candidates must also have recognised expertise in the technical specialism, the technology involved, current developments, the most commonly available products, and the application of the specialism within a technical or business environment.
A sound, broad knowledge of IT and an excellent understanding of how the technical specialism relates to other areas of IT and how it impacts on other business functions.
