Assistant Management Accountant

A Leading Logistics Company require a driven and motivated Assistant Management Accountant to join them in Birmingham. This opportunity will suit recent Accounting and Finance Graduates who are currently studying towards either a CIMA or ACCA qualification and have ambitions of working for a large and well known global business.

Role: Assistant Management Accountant
Salary: £22,000
Location: Birmingham

As an Assistant Management Accountant your role will be to:

*Assist in the preparation of weekly and monthly management accounts
*Support the Finance Management team with financial analysis
*Assist in the preparation and review of presentations and cost analysis
*Complete allocated balance sheet reconciliations
*Review revenue and costs

The successful candidate will be educated to Degree level within a relevant degree discipline (Finance, Accountancy or similar) and have possession of, or be currently studying towards, a relevant professional qualification such as CIMA, ACCA or similar. You will benefit from any previous experience within a similar position, alongside an advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and strong analytical abilities. In addition to this, you will be a naturally organised individual who can work to a high level of accuracy and efficiency. You will be a naturally confident communicator who has a flexible approach to work.
