We have a great opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join an established financial institution based in Solihull. Our client is keen to appoint a Customer Service Advisor to join their complex lending team to process customer complaints/queries for all Lending products received by telephone or email form and resolve disputes in line within regulatory guidelines - fairly, reasonably, quickly and informally whilst delivering against business goals.

Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Solihull, Warwickshire, Birmingham
Salary: £14,000-£17,000

The Customer Service Advisor will involved be in;


* Handling telephone and written enquiries within agreed standards
* Perform day to day administrative functions for in life customers across all lending portfolios
* Liaise with customers, introducers and any other outside bodies to obtain additional information or documentation and maintain accurate records of action taken
* Identify introducer trends where applicable.
* Collate & deliver accurate reporting standard measurements.


The successful candidate will be educated to degree level or will hold an equivalent level qualification. You will have extensive knowledge of lending application processes, systems and screens. You will have extensive product knowledge along with first class communication skills.

You will have the ability to deal with a demanding workload, which may include considerable correspondence and to prioritise accordingly.
