We have an exciting opportunity for a French Speaking Sales Representative to join our client based in Coventry and take on responsibility for all sales activities in France. Our client is a leading retailer and they are keen to appoint a French Speaking Sales Representative to take full charge of developing and implementing the agreed sales strategy, which will meet business goals of expanding their customer base.
Job Title: French Speaking Sales Representative
Location: Coventry, Warwickshire
Salary: £18,000 + company bonus
Working as the French Speaking Sales Representative you will spend your time between our client's office in Coventry and travelling to France. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining current client relationships and following up all orders and sales enquiries. Other duties include;
*Develop and maintain current client relationships
*Maintain and keeping up to date accurate records of all sales activities
*Gather feedback and precise market information
*Identify and build effective relationships with prospects and other accounts as assigned
*Assist in the implementation of company marketing plans as needed
*Identify and resolve client and prospect concerns/issues and make appropriate recommendations
*Complete understanding of pricing
*Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes
*Demonstrate technical selling skills and product knowledge
*Participate in marketing events such as trade shows
The successful candidate will be educated to degree level or will hold an equivalent level qualification. You will be fluent in French & English both written and spoken with previous experience working within a sales environment. You will have a strong understanding of market dynamics and requirements with the ability to persuade and influence others with strong communication skills. You will also have the ability to create, compose and edit written materials and the ability to work independently giving regular feedback to the European Sales Department.
You will be willing to work a flexible schedule and travel regularly to France (up to 1-2 weeks a month to visit clients) and you will also hold a clean driving license.
The successful will receive sales training from the UK sales team.
