The Company: This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly expanding executive head hunter based in the City of London.

Role: Working to source high level candidates for the financial services sector you will help as part of a team to deliver placements. Working on assigned projects you will contact applicants and then pre screen their suitability for positions. Applicants will need a 2:1 in a business related subject from a red brick University to be considered.

Responsibilities will include:
* Sourcing, selecting and interviewing
* Managing assignments
* Dealing with clients in the finance sector
* Hitting monthly targets

For this Graduate Sales Executive position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
* 2:1 business from red brick University
* Tenacious and target focussed
* Enthusiastic and bubbly
* Considered and highly professional
* Able to live and work in the UK
